Many of us respond to shorter days and colder weather by spending more time at our desks, or curled up on the couch or indulging in rich foods — these habits can leave us feeling stagnant. Thus, I will be sharing my mindful movement flows every Monday with you!
Today's mindful movement flow will focus on the following:
40 sec GO
20 sec REST
Up and Down Plank
Jump to into Malasana (Squat)
Squat with Punches to right to left
Challenge: You can even try each individual move separately for 8 rounds/sets with 40 sec GO and 20 sec rest. That will surely burn!
