How to deconstruct what you thought you knew

I am always deconstructing.
Myself. This life. Ways of being. Yoga. Energy Work. Relationships. How the world works and why things are the way they are. Rules. Methods. Social constructs. Psychological patterns. Karmic lessons.
Truths I hold dear and the truths of others.
The list goes on.

Throughout this whole process and after working with many clients with their misalignment challenges, my first instinct will be to pick their blockages apart… not because it’s bad or wrong, but because I want to understand. Who you are, what makes you tick, and why you do the things you do.

What I've learned throughout this whole process of deconstructing, reprogramming, dismantling is to do the following:

Be brave and ask questions.
Hard ones, scary ones, deep ones.
Of yourself, those around you, and this life.
As often as you possibly can.

Read into any little part of where certain thought patterns come from… do these thought patterns come strictly from your socialization? Are these programs of others, implemented in you? Are these societal norms, gender norms, expectations?
Make sense of them, reinterpret them, reconstruct them, or demolish them entirely.

Seek to deconstruct everything you do, believe, choose to be, and buy into… right down to the very bones that make it so… and decide what’s actually real and true for you. Even if that means abandoning it altogether, or rebuilding it in a way that’s never been done.

I promise your life will begin to become far more magical and aligned, despite the dismantling and destruction that may come first. 💕
