How do you manage modern day stress?

For me, it's through movement (Among many other rituals). Being a healer while also working a modern day job, there's a lot of energies that I come across and in terms of creating energetic boundaries, I LOVE to incorporate movement into my morning ritual. The sweat helps me release whatever that no longer serves my highest good by bringing me back to center, keeps me grounded, and stay in that high vibe.

Here are a couple of ways to release too, give it a try
