Weekend with AIW

This weekend was truly something!

On Saturday morning, I woke up at 5 am in order to get ready for my Yoga into the New Year with Janet Stone at Yoga Tree at the Castro. It was another another sweet, early morning of practicing yogic practices and sharing them too. We touched on some ayurvedic principles too, it will be interesting to intregrate to my daily routine. We have some homework which requires us to:

  • Wake before the sun

  • dinacharya

  • sit for 11 or more minutes

  • om gam ganapataye namaha x 108

  • 9 surya

  • Read 2 more chapters of Start Where you Are (which will be 8), and the first 1-2 chapters of Yoga for a World out of Balance.

Following after that I went home briefly and got a pick me up from my partner and our fur babies. Then, I headed off to the Health Warrior Wake Up event! I spent the morning with some lovely health-minded ladies chatting about morning routines, nibbling on @healthwarrior products, doing yoga by @thehealthymaven, Shamanic Reiki was shared by me, @aliceinwondrland and learning that you need to mix your smoothie before adding the protein powder in the blender, thanks to @balancebymolly.

My warriors - It is difficult to put into words the transformative and profound healing that Shamanic Reiki has brought into my life. It is a sacred energy that I am so honored to share with others and I am so grateful that I got to share that during today's @healthwarrior's Wake Up Event. No matter who you are or what you’re going through, Shamanic Reiki can and will benefit. Trust and all is coming. ✨🤲🏼✨

Saturday’s theme was all centered around HEALTHY MORNINGS 💭which should be realistic, simple and joyful. For me, it is drinking lots of water, moving my body, meditation, and connecting with source. As for Sunday, there's nothing than I love more than to sleep in, meditate with my @unplugmeditation app, yoga 🤸🏻‍♂️, and have GF egg lox avocado bagel sandwich for breakfast. 🙌🏼 It was a restorative day of creating, cleansing my space, manifesting, and celebrating my Mom’s lunar birthday!!

≈ 2019 FEELS DIFFERENT ≈

I feel like 2019 has changed in many areas of my life. New thought patterns, relationships, opportunities, and massive expansion are all forming. Old ways of being are shedding, no longer here. Everything that no longer serves my highest good is falling out and things that do are now falling into place. Accepting and embracing this new season and what’s currently happening right now. . .
